We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Australia Post operates Monday to Friday.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and should arrive within 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Australian customers can select Express Post at Checkout, and your order should arrive the next business day if within the Australia Post Express Post Network.

 ** Due to COVID 19, Australia Post has advised of potential postage delays of up to 7 days. Express Post is an option for Australian orders on checkout if you need your order sooner, but it may not arrive as quickly as usual.

How do I pay? 

When you have finished placing your order, you just proceed through the shopping cart located at the top right hand side of our web page. Payment is via credit card through Shopify's Secure payment gateway, or Paypal.
Can I phone or email my credit card details?  

For your security we do not accept phone orders. We do however, accept orders via email or mail. All you need to do is contact us to find out more.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Please note, where possible our products come free of plastic wrapping, and we will package your parcel with home-compostable materials.
